Equipped with the state-of-the art infrastructure, Birdi Bicycles uses regularly updated responsible and sustainable production technologies. Clean, congenail and commensurate environment keeps the work force motivated. The process and machinery employed are consistent with the quality management system in place. There are separate sections for Research and Development, Marketing and Finance, Electroplating, Chains, Spokes, Pedals, Hubs, Brakes and Handles. The new ultramodern Paint Plant is recently being installed. The final product is checked thoroughly before it is packed in a separate Packaging section. All the finished models of cycles are kept in a special Display Room.
