Birdi cycles has worked out an elaborate system of quality checks to make its products meet stiff specifications.  Quality manual for all products are maintained, and goods are manufactured exactly to given specifications.  Each lot of raw material is checked, and quality inspectors are educated in quality objectives and goals regularly.
